DC Summer Programs exists to provide young people with a fun, educational and distinctively Christian summer experience, enabling them to impact their world through biblical thought and action.
DC’s Day Camp has been in existence since 2001 and has a long history of excellence in camping for our school families and surrounding community. Equipped with a well trained and personable staff, you and your family will feel right at home. Campers will experience new and exciting activities each day, make new friend and be surrounded by Christian staff members who are well equipped to fully engage your child’s interests each and every day.
Campers participating in the Knight’s Sports Academy will have the opportunity to learn new skills in specific sports of interest, instructed by varsity level coaches from Delaware County Christian School. Coaching staff will focus not only on skill development, but also on developing the character traits necessary to be successful in athletics. Campers will make new friends and learn to glorify God through sport.
DC’s Excel Summer Enrichment Programs are designed to engage your child’s individual interests. From Robotics to Creative Writing, there is something for everyone! All courses are developed and taught by professional faculty members of Delaware County Christian School with years of experience and expertise in their fields.

Summer Friends at MPFS was named a Talk of the Town Favorite by Delaware County News Network!
Summer Friends provides children ages 3-10 with an opportunity to participate in weekly thematic units taught by experienced counselors and certified elementary teachers. Children enjoy the freedom of summer in a welcoming and relaxed environment. The campers at Summer Friends are free to explore, play, and express themselves in the safe community found year-round at Media-Providence Friends School. Smaller groups allow for meaningful interaction with teachers as well as other children of similar ages and all activities are tailored for campers’ developmental and physical levels. The children at Summer Friends participate in a wide variety of experiences that help them shape their vision of the people and the world around them. Onsite programs are complemented by special weekly presentations and field trips* to nature centers, zoos, parks, and other local events. Twice weekly, campers participate in instructional and recreational swimming* at Knowlton Swim Club with certified water safety instructors. If you have any questions about Summer Friends, please contact Registrar Claire Wilson at 610-565-1960 x132 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Covid-19 Precautions: This summer, counselors, staff, and campers will observe Covid-19 precautions to assure that everyone has a safe and fun summer. Learn more about our Health & Safety Plan. *Off-campus activities will be assessed on a case-by-case basis given current Covid-19 recommendations.
