Twelve high school students collaborate on writing, producing, and editing an original short film under the guidance of a professional filmmaker. Participants will get hands-on experience with professional equipment, use current techniques, and learn life and job skills through the inspiring and collaborative process of creating media art.
This six-week day program meets Mondays through Thursdays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. When the film is complete, BMFI will show it on the big screen at the world premiere.
Ages 14-18
At Hill Top, we offer three specialized programs designed to help neurodiverse students learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive and engaging environment:
☀️ Hill Top Summer Adventures
A day camp for students entering Grades 2–9, filled with hands-on activities that build confidence, spark creativity, and strengthen social connections.
🌿 Pathways to Independence
A life-skills program for Grades 10–post-grad (summer after 12th grade), focused on developing independence, community engagement, and transition readiness.
🎮 Esports & Technology
For Grades 6–12, this program blends gaming, teamwork, and tech exploration while promoting communication, collaboration, and digital literacy.
We’re proud to integrate the PEERS® Program, an evidence-based social skills curriculum, into our Pathways to Independence program for motivated teens. Middle school campers can also join a two-week PEERS® group (8:00–9:30 a.m.) for an additional fee, allowing them to participate in both PEERS® and the full camp experience.
Our compassionate team maintains a 4:1 camper-to-staff ratio, ensuring personalized support and meaningful connections. Many families participate through Extended School Year (ESY) funding. We are happy to work with your school district to coordinate enrollment.
Join us this summer at Hill Top—where confidence grows, friendships flourish, and every camper can say, “Yes, I can!”
Neurodiverse learners entering grades 2 through 12.
