Appel Farm Arts Camp
For over 55 summers, Appel Farm Arts Camp has sparked the imaginations of thousands of young people as they interact with artists from around the world in a beautiful part of rural southern New Jersey. Arden Theatre Company's Summer Camps
For kids entering first through sixth grade Arden Summer Camp is filled with all the care, focus and enthusiasm we give to our full-scale productions. Kids take two acting classes a day (one basic class and one specialized class like improv, storytelling or Shakespeare) and at least one design class a day. Each afternoon the kids rehearse for the Camp Show that is presented to parents and families on Saturday! For Middle School Students our Musical Theatre Summer Camp, a 3-week day camp, will introduce the fundamentals of singing, performing a song, choreography, reading music, and acting. The camp will culminate on our stage under the lights in a special performance for friends and family!

Bach to Rock
B2R's unique approach means students with NO previous musical training can be rocking out or singing in a group at camp. Rock Band and Glee Club are organized by age (6 or older), grade and musical interests & ability.  
For younger kids, we offer a Rock City World Tour (4 - 5) that introduces diverse instruments like the African Hand-Drums and Australian Didgeridoos for kids to explore. Young kids will love spending time in this global musical vacation.  
There's also a Recording Arts camp (10 or older) where students can work ‘hands on' in a small class on Pro Tools and our Studio Live digital mixer as an intro to studio recording.  
Half day camps are 9 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm. Full day camps are 9 am - 5 pm. Rock City is 9 am - noon.

Friends School Haverford | Young Artist Theatre & Film Camp
Friends School Haverford invites you to explore the worlds of Film and Theatre! Open to ages 9-13, the Young Artist Theatre & Film Camp is an engaging adventure for performers of all experience levels! Campers rehearse and perform scenes from stage and screen, then work together as a film crew to film and edit their work. We will shoot and edit short films and send you home with your very own copy! We will watch, read, and analyze famous works to learn more about the language of film and the dramatic devices used in theatre. From early Greek choral performance to modern improv comedy, each week we will study a new artistic style and develop an end-of-week performance for friends and family. Lavner Camps - Acting & Performing Camps (Ages 7 to 13)
Lavner Camps is excited to offer the following Acting & Performing camps for Summer 2016: Theater Camp, Magic Camp and Filmmaking Camp. These fun Specialty Day Camps will be held at the following premier Philadelphia Metro area locations : Gwynedd Mercy University (Gwynedd Valley), Malvern Preparatory School, (Malvern), Plymouth Meeting Friends School (Plymouth Meeting), Rosemont College (Rosemont), Valley Forge Educational Services (Malvern), and Waldron Mercy Academy (Merion Station).
Lavner Camps also offers a CIT Leadership Program for teens ages 13 to 15.
Camps are in session from June 12 to August 25 depending upon the specific camp and location. Campers may sign up for one week or multiple week options. Extended hours are available at each location (8:00am to 6:00pm).

MTC Rock Band, A Cappella, and Musical Theater camps .
Named “The most buzz-worthy camp on the Main Line” by Mainline Magazine in 2008, Music Training Center's Musical Theater camps, Rock Band camps, and A Cappella camps are quality, personalized experiences for kids age 7-11 and 12-17. Kids perform at the end of each week in MTC's theater with professional sound and stage lighting. At the end of the summer, Rock Band and A Cappella camps perform in a camp-wide end-of-summer concert on the main stage at Philadelphia's World Café Live. Each 1-week camp is limited to 15 actors or musicians so that each is featured in the final performance! Camps are held in Music Training Center's air-conditioned school theaters, located in the Ardmore West Shopping Center (Ardmore), Plymouth Square Shopping Center (Conshohocken), and Lincoln Court (Malvern). All camp teachers are experienced, year-round instructors at MTC.

Penn Charter Summer Camps offer more choices than ever, with more than 30 camps. Because summer should be an opportunity to try something new – or to dive into something we already love – Penn Charter has camps that explore science, creativity, Spanish imme rsion and sports broadcasting. New this year, sports broadcaster Joe DeCamara, host o n sports talk WIP 94.1, will run a camp to give kids and teens hands-on experience with play-by-play, hosting a ta lk show and conducting TV interviews. The newest in PC's series of science camps is Drone Camp, in which kids will use Syma XIIC drones to learn flight basics and then complete an obstacle course, high altitude, photo and safe-landing challenge. Musical Instrument Design and Creation Camp teaches how to build instruments with laser cutters and 3D printers to create ukuleles, djembe drums and flutes. Two Spanish camps will explore environmental issues and delve into the rich cultures of Latin America.

Theatre Horizon Summer Camp
An action packed drama camp taught by Philadelphia area theatre professionals. Young actors spend the week working as a team to create a play—full of drama, comedy, suspense, mystery, and action! They are guided through playwriting, fun improvisational games and acting exercises that encourage creativity and self-confidence. Students will also learn the basics of stagecraft, how to speak loudly and clearly, how to work in teams, how to accept and respect others' ideas, and how to criticize constructively. On the last day, they perform their world premiere play for an audience using props and costumes!
